How we work
Dolphin Living is a charity dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable homes for London’s workers on modest incomes - those who keep the city moving but face a housing affordability gap. We deliver this objective by partnering across sectors to build, expand, and enhance housing options where they’re most needed.
With over 800 homes already in our portfolio and another 300 in the pipeline, we focus on delivering affordable homes for rent, at around 20% below market rates.
What we're looking for in partners
We’re interested in opportunities to:
- Acquire land, both with and without planning consent
- Purchase new or existing homes, including developments under S106 agreements
- Enter joint ventures or partnerships in both public and private sectors
- Support developers in delivering affordable housing obligations
- Participate in innovative opportunities to expand the availability of homes available to London’s workers on modest incomes
