It's the people behind the work who make all the difference. Our team and Board bring together experience, expertise, and a deep commitment to creating homes and supporting communities across London. Here, you can meet the dedicated individuals driving our mission forward.
The Executive team
The Executive Team provides leadership and direction for Dolphin Living, shaping strategy and overseeing the organisation’s operations. They ensure all teams work together to deliver high-quality affordable homes, maintain strong governance, and provide a positive experience for residents.


Olivia Harris
Olivia was appointed as Chief Executive in April 2017. Previously, Olivia was Finance Director at Dolphin Living, providing financial and commercial oversight on a wide range of property and related projects, including debt and fund raising. Olivia is a Chartered Accountant and has worked for more than 25 years in the property industry.
Olivia is a Director of our Registered Provider. Beyond her work at Dolphin, Olivia is a trustee of LandAid , a governor at Whitgift School and a Westminster Property Association Board member.


Jacqueline England
Jacqueline has over 12 years of customer service experience, and prior to Dolphin Living she worked for M&S as Head of Food, Clothing & Home In Store Experience, and previously as Head of Customer Service Improvement & Change. At M&S Jacqueline developed effective strategies, influenced company direction and drove transformation. She also worked for TUI within Guest Relations.


Matthew Lamb
Matthew has over 17 years experience within the property industry. Prior to joining Dolphin Living Matthew worked for Pocket Living where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of the developer's unique discount market sale schemes, and their first major Built to Rent project. Matthew previously worked for Build to Rent developer and operator Essential Living and, prior to this, at CBRE in their Project Management team.


Gary Preston
Gary qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and has over three decades of experience across a range of sectors and companies. Most recently, he has worked in the property industry for just over 12 years at listed real estate companies, Derwent London, CLS Holdings and Inland Homes.
Gary is a Director of our development subsidiary, and a board member of Westminster Community Homes.


Octavia Williams
Octavia has worked in the housing sector for 17 years and has a wide range of experience across a variety of areas in the sector. Previously Octavia led the Member Engagement and Relations team at the National Housing Federation. Octavia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Octavia has responsibility for compliance with the Consumer Standards, Health & Safety, and is a Director of our Registered Provider


Olivia Sibly
Olivia has been with Dolphin for over 10 years, providing executive support to the CEO, and the Board of Governors. Olivia also provides the internal HR management for Dolphin. Olivia has worked in the charity sector for over 15 years.
The Customer Services team
The Customer Service team supports residents with day-to-day enquiries, tenancy matters, and general assistance. They work to ensure a positive resident experience by providing timely, helpful communication and resolving issues efficiently.


Jacqueline Ferguson
Jacqueline joined Dolphin in 2025, and she is responsible for all aspects of resident complaint handling and resident related regulatory requirements. Jacqueline has extensive experience in housing management with both Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Jacqueline is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers, HNC – Housing Studies, and the Institute of Leadership & Management.


Louisa Nightingale
Louisa joined Dolphin in 2023, and she is responsible for managing the Accelerator Scheme for our residents moving into homeownership. Alongside this Louisa leads on supporting vulnerable residents, and manages resident engagement for our redevelopment projects. Previous to Dolphin Louisa worked in roles supporting London’s most vulnerable groups, including rough sleepers and the Traveller community. Louisa has a CIH Level 4 qualification, and BSc degree in Community Development & Public Policy from the University of London, Birkbeck.


Eleasha Nedrick
Eleasha joined Dolphin in 2022, and is responsible for letting our intermediate and affordable properties. Eleasha has worked in housing for over 10 years, starting her career in a Neighbourhood Resource Centre for a North London local authority. Throughout her career, prior to joining Dolphin, Eleasha has worked for various local authorities and Registered Social Landlords.
Safiya Egeh
Safiya joined Dolphin in 2025, and she supports residents day-to-day whilst also leading on annual residents’ meetings across Dolphin’s portfolio. Safiya shares updates with our residents through channels such as the annual newsletter and website, to keep residents informed and provide them with opportunity to shape the services we deliver, prior to Dolphin Safiya worked in the charity sector at a river advocacy organisation.
The Asset Management team
The Asset Management team is responsible for maintaining and improving Dolphin Living’s homes and buildings. They oversee repairs, cyclical works, compliance, and long-term planning to ensure properties remain safe, high-quality, and sustainable.


Jay Darbar
Jay joined Dolphin in 2020, and he oversees the property portfolio operations, ensuring high standards in repairs, maintenance, PPM schedules, service charge, major projects, and cyclical maintenance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Dolphin Jay was a Property Asset Manager for a HNW Family Office, and he also has extensive hospitality experience. Jay has a Level 3 & 4 in Housing and Property Management, and also holds an MSc from the University of Surrey and completed a pre-bachelor degree in Les Roches in Switzerland.


Sharon Lane
Sharon joined Dolphin in 2019, and she oversees the health & safety, and compliance across our property portfolio, whilst also creating and delivering an annual programme of work to maintain our properties. Sharon has spent 20 years in the property industry, including 10 years working in asset management within the housing directorate of Westminster City Council.
The Development team
The Development team leads on creating new homes and delivering regeneration projects. They manage the planning, design, and construction of new schemes to ensure Dolphin Living continues to provide high-quality, affordable housing.


Shawn Karim
Shawn joined Dolphin in 2022, and he brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project management and delivery. Shawn is a Chartered Surveyor, committed to upholding the highest professional standards and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing in London.


Harry Brothwood
Harry joined Dolphin Living in 2025, and he works with the Development Director assessing the viability of refurbishment and redevelopment opportunities within our portfolio, obtaining planning consent for the creation of new Dolphin homes and managing the construction process through to practical completion. Harry has worked in the real estate sector for 7 years.

The Finance team
The Finance team manages Dolphin Living’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. They ensure the organisation remains financially strong, compliant, and able to invest in high-quality homes and services for residents.


Prahlad Badrinath
Prahlad joined Dolphin in 2020, and he supports the finance leadership and wider management team with a focus on performance reporting. Prior to Dolphin, Prahlad worked as a Management Accountant across a variety of sectors, including facilities management, consultancy, and student accommodation. Prahlad is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).


David Gardner
David joined Dolphin in 2021, he is a Chartered Accountant, bringing a wealth of experience and a keen eye for financial detail to the team. Before joining Dolphin Living, David worked extensively in the construction industry, gaining valuable experience with various property developers, maintenance companies, and main contractors.


Mo Irvine
Mo has been with Dolphin for over ten years. As Management Accountant, her main focus is on purchase ledger, banking, cashflow, overhead budgeting and payroll. Mo previously worked in pharmaceuticals and non-profit recruitment, and her move into finance was cemented at Dolphin with the successful completion of an AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4.
Our Board
Our Board of Trustees are responsible for the governing and compliance of the charity and Registered Provider.
