Dolphin Square Charitable Foundation announces that it has appointed Paul Disley-Tindell and Jason Green to its Board, and Janice White and Katherine Russell as Committee Members as it continues to maintain its 800-home portfolio for the long-term and provide more high-quality housing for London’s workers on modest incomes.

Dolphin Living welcomed Matthew Lamb as its new Development Director in May 2024. In the role, he will oversee the business's development strategy, particularly focusing on the delivery of affordable high-quality homes for working Londoners.

Landsec has reached practical completion at their affordable homes site in the heart of Soho, providing much needed intermediate housing for workers in the local community. Dolphin Living will now take control of the site having purchased the long leasehold in 2021.

Dolphin Living exchanged contracts with Moxon Street Residential in October 2022, for the purchase of the long leasehold of 25 affordable homes at Marylebone Square.

Dolphin Housing Limited has carried out a self-assessment against the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code. The code sets out requirements for member landlords that will ensure complaint handling is consistent across all of the landlord members which includes Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

The Dolphin Square Charitable Foundation (Dolphin) is an affordable housing charity formed in 2005 and initially funded through gifts from the Dolphin Square Trust from the sale of Dolphin Square in Pimlico.
