Dolphin Living acquired the New Era Estate in December 2014, and we're excited to be working with The Hill Group, the London Borough of Hackney and the GLA on it's redevelopment. Work will commence in summer 2026, and is due to complete in 2029, with the development delivering 99 intermediate rent homes and 109 market sale homes.
The New Era estate is currently under redevelopment and we are not accepting applications.
