Havelock House & The Hermitage
This large estate on the outskirts of Dulwich includes 18 flats in two 1930s blocks and a converted 1930s police station (Havelock House) along with five small houses (The Hermitage). Dolphin Living acquired this estate in 2016 along with two other properties from the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC).
