Ben is the Chief Executive of Ekaya Housing Association, responsible to the Board for the leadership and strategic direction of the Association. Prior to this, he was the Housing Director and Deputy Chief Executive of Westway Housing Association. Ben has held a variety of senior Housing and Asset Management roles with both large and small organisations within the Housing sector, including three years’ experience as an independent housing professional, supporting organisations through change, performance improvement and service transformation.

Anna Strongman is CEO of Oxford University (OUD), a joint venture between Oxford University and Legal & General set up to build Innovation Districts and subsidised accommodation for graduate students and the university workforce. Anna was previously Managing Partner of Argent LLP. She spent 12 years at Argent on a range of asset, development and business planning projects. Highlights included leading the Asset Management of King’s Cross, developing Coal Drop Yards and setting up a BTR portfolio with JV partners Related.

Sarah started her career as an external auditor with BDO Stoy Hayward. Specialising in social housing she moved to KPMG. Sarah moved to London & Quandrant Group and then AmicusHorizon (now Southern Housing following merger) in 2009. Sarah is a member of the National Housing Federation's Finance & Policy Advisory Group and sits on the ICAEW social housing sub-committee. She has previously chaired the G15 Finance Directors' Group and was Vice Chair of the NHF's SORP Working Party. She was appointed to the Sustainability for Housing Board in 2021.

Sarah was Development Director at the Royal Academy of Engineering until 2016, having previously spent nearly 20 years as an investment banker. She was a director at HSBC Investment Bank. Sarah now focuses on charities and governance, and currently her other board roles are the Jurassic Coast Trust, which is responsible for managing the World Heritage Site, and Carefreebreaks, a social tech start-up. She was recently appointed to the board of the Vehicle Certification Agency, part of the Department for Transport. Sarah lives in Westminster.

Julia is an experienced Development & Regeneration professional, with a career in both public and private sectors. Julia spent 20 years in Executive Director roles at Catalyst Housing, she was responsible for their mixed tenure development programme, asset management, sustainability and health & safety. She now runs her own consultancy business, JM Development Consulting, working with public sector clients and their partners and suppliers to increase the supply of good quality affordable homes. Julia chaired the G15 Housing Association Development Directors Group 2013 – 2017.

Andrew brings knowledge and expertise in the property sector, leading the Dorrington team, both internally and externally, with a dedicated focus on shaping and executing Dorrington's strategic vision while also ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. During his time with Dorrington, Andrew has worked across the Residential and Commercial businesses focusing on strategy, investment and development.

A Chartered Surveyor for over 40 years and Westminster resident, Bruce has had a career specialising in property management in the private sector, with particular emphasis on charities. Recently the Director of Estates for the Children’s Society and property advisor to St John Ambulance, he was also on the Committee of Management of Dolphin Square Trust for 14 years up to the creation of the Foundation in 2005. He now holds a number of advisory positions in the charity world.

Deirdra is Director of Place Shaping at Westminster City Council, providing strategic leadership on the form and function of the city for the future. Previously Deirdra was Director for Regeneration and Planning at the London Borough of Newham and involved in the Olympic planning and legacy, strategic transport and large scale mixed use projects including 1000s of new homes.

The site is located in the City of Westminster, within close proximity to St James and Victoria underground stations. It is a mixed use development, consisting of 268 apartments, of which 10 are intermediate rent homes that will be owned by Dolphin Living. The Dolphin homes will be one and two bedroom homes on the fourth and fifth floors of the 14-storey new building on the corner of Victoria Street and Dacre Street. Construction is underway with practical completion set for August 2022.
